Use the office that controls the record. This private guide cannot confirm a warrant or answer a case-specific question. For Bosque County status inquiries, the Sheriff’s Office requires an in-person check with valid identification; a phone call will not provide that answer. The District Clerk holds district and county-at-law files, while the issuing court controls its docket. The contacts below separate those roles so visitors can reach the right government office directly. Ask an attorney about an individual remedy.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This private reference site cannot confirm a warrant, recall or clear court process, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For Sheriff’s Office warrant status, follow its in-person instruction below; for court action or a case record, contact the court with jurisdiction.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Route the request by the record or process you need. The Sheriff’s Office serves warrants; courts keep their own case and citation records.

  • County warrant inquiry: the Bosque County Sheriff’s Office requires an in-person check with valid identification. Its published instructions do not offer phone confirmation.
  • District or County Court at Law file: the county links to re:SearchTX case information, and the District Clerk accepts specific record-search requests. Neither route is a live warrant-status check.
  • Justice-court matter: Sheriff or DPS citations are routed to the assigned justice court. Contact that court about the citation, hearing, or case disposition.
  • City citation or municipal warrant: contact the city court that handled the citation. City-court files are separate from JP and county-level records.
  • Recall, surrender, or bond: ask the issuing court about its procedure and consult a licensed Texas attorney about advice for an individual case.
